I am an east coast transplant, by way of Knoxville, TN. Though I am a marketing/sales professional by education & trade, I have developed some pretty strong culinary chops thanks to my family, a few restaurant jobs and a passion for good food. I started this business because I love to feed people. It's important to me, especially in times of health crisis, that people feel nourished by the food they eat.
Chef Shelby earned her Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University in 2015. She loves to cook and specializes in baking. Shelby is just plain crafty...in her spare time she loves to paint, scrapbook & shop.
Chef Ashley has had everything from restaurant experience to culinary school training to being an at-home gourmet cook. She has had nutrition and dietary education and practices healthy eating herself, having lost 70 lbs (and counting) since March 2017.
Ashley has two small kids and is fully aware of how busy life is and just how picky children can be.
There's no cuisine she hasn't attempted and no dish she’s not willing to try!
